On a Google reverse image search, we found that the same video was shared by an Instagram page, Banglanews Today, on January 19. The video was shared with a caption that reads, “The scene of the prayer of the army on duty goes viral| BD Army.”
The video was also shared by NTV News on January 19. The caption associated with the video reads, “Army personnel perform prayers while on duty in front of the Election Commission Bangladesh Army NTV News.”
Moreover, another Bangladeshi YouTube channel, Bangla Tribune, also shared the same video, suggesting that the video is of Bangladesh, where the army personnel prayed on the street while on duty in front of the Election Commission.
