In April 2025, violence erupted in the Murshidabad district of West Bengal due to a protest over the Waqf (Amendment) Act 2025. The violence led to tragic deaths and rising tensions, with reports of a Hindu family allegedly killed, intensifying fears and deepening communal divides.

In the above context, a video, purportedly a news clip, has went viral on the social media in which people are seen catching two men near a railway track. The text embeded in the video suggests that two RSS workers, Madan Kundu and Sagar Das, were caught trying to plant a bomb near the railway line near Murshidabad.

The video is shared with a caption claiming that the incident is associated with the ongoing violence in Murshidabad.

A social media user shared the video with a caption that reads, “This is proof that RSS is a terrorist organisation. Two RSS workers, Madan Kundu and Sagar Das, were caught red-handed while planting a bomb near the railway line in Nimtita, Murshidabad. BJP is ready to commit a massacre to defame the Mamata Banerjee government!” (Translated from Hindi)
